Shopping at Selected Player

To register for our camps and/or purchase/order products, you must be logged in as a customer. Click on “LOG IN” to sign in or register.

When browsing the store, you add products to the cart by clicking “BUY.” You can also select “CONTINUE SHOPPING” if you wish to add more products before completing your order. Once all desired products are in your cart, click “CHECKOUT.”

This will take you to “Your Cart,” where you’ll see a “Summary” of your order. If you are satisfied, confirm the order by following the instructions at the bottom of the page. Choose “Delivery Method” if shipping costs need to be added for home delivery, or select no shipping (e.g., for camp fees). Finalize your order by reviewing your customer details or filling in the required information. Next, select your “Payment Method” via Klarna Check-out. Then click “Complete Purchase.”

You will receive a confirmation that your purchase has been completed along with detailed information about your order. Please note that you must be 18 years or older to shop at the Selected Player webshop.

The purchase agreement between you as a customer and us as the supplier (Selected Player Sweden AB) becomes binding once your order is registered. A confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided.

Payment
As a customer, you make your payment via Klarna and its various payment options. This choice is made in “Your Cart” when completing the purchase, by selecting from the “Payment Methods” offered by Klarna.

Returns, Exchanges, and Complaints Regarding Goods
You have a full right of withdrawal for 14 days from the receipt of the product, provided that the product has not been used and is returned in its original condition. This applies only to physical products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings/purchases of camps, transportation, sports events, or similar services (see specific rules for different products).

Exchange rights do not apply to clothes printed with names or initials if the correct product has been delivered as ordered and is intact and complete.

For returns or exchanges, you cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is due to a damaged product or a delivery error on our part, we will refund all shipping and product costs.

Always contact us before returning an item for a complaint at info@selectedplayer.com or by phone at (+46) 8 50 00 19 09 on weekdays between 9:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Return Process:
If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us via email or phone. Call us at (+46) 8 50 00 19 09 for specific return instructions. For exchanges or returns, you bear the transportation costs. If we made a delivery error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

An exchange takes approximately 10–14 days, depending on the shipping method used for the return. For exchanges, you cover the shipping costs for both directions. We will charge you for reshipping the exchanged product within Sweden, regardless of the item’s price. For shipments outside Sweden, costs will vary depending on the destination.

If you notice any damage to the package upon receipt, report it immediately at the pick-up point. If you notice damage after opening the package, contact us at (+46) 8 50 00 19 09 or email info@selectedplayer.com. Return the goods to us after reporting the damage. For approved complaints, we will refund up to SEK 150 in shipping costs. A receipt from the shipping company is required for reimbursement.

Cancellation/Refund of Participant Fees
For SP Camp purchases with a total camp fee under SEK 3000:
If you cancel your participation at least one month before the event’s first day, you are entitled to a full refund of the participation fee. For cancellations less than one month before the event, up to 50% of the fee may be refunded.

For cancellations due to illness or injury with less than one month remaining, a valid medical certificate must be emailed to Selected Player Sweden AB at avboka@selectedplayer.com within one month of the cancellation. In this case, the full participation fee will be refunded minus an administrative fee of SEK 300.

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the camp’s first day (check-in time on the arrival day). Cancellations must be made by email to avboka@selectedplayer.com with the relevant information. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

If a camp is canceled or rescheduled by Selected Player:

  1. The customer may transfer their registration to another location or the next available camp date.
  2. A 100% refund of the registration fee will be provided.
  3. Purchased SP merchandise (clothing and other materials) intended for pick-up at the camp will be shipped free of charge to the customer.

For SP Camp purchases with a total camp fee over SEK 3000:
The participant may only cancel their spot at Selected Player due to injury or illness if they have purchased cancellation protection at the time of registration. Cancellation protection is not refundable and cannot be purchased afterward.

Force Majeure
If Selected Player is prevented from organizing a camp due to a pandemic, blockade, boycott, lockout, fire, war, or other circumstances beyond Selected Player’s control, the following applies:

  1. The customer may transfer their registration to another camp location or the next available camp date.
  2. A 50% refund of the camp fee will be provided.
  3. Free home delivery of purchased merchandise.

Selected Player reserves the right to assess the situation and may offer larger refunds depending on the circumstances.

Use of Participant Information at Selected Player
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to the use of photographs of the participant taken during Selected Player events for internal and external information, social media, websites, and marketing.

Selected Player will not share participant contact information with external partners for marketing purposes. Only companies providing services directly related to Selected Player (e.g., insurance providers) will receive the necessary contact information.

Participants may, however, receive offers through newsletters.

Participant Communication Responsibility
The email addresses provided in the webshop will be used for sending newsletters and information regarding Selected Player camps, events, and purchases. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check the provided email addresses and their spam/junk folders to ensure receipt of all communication.

Stored Personal Data:
Customers: First name, Last name, Company/Organization, Email, Personal/Org. Number, VAT Number, Address, Postal Code, City, Country, Phone Number.
Orders: IP Address, Email, Personal/Org. Number, VAT Number, Address, Company, First Name, Last Name, Postal Code, City, Phone Number.

Customers can request to view, modify, or delete their data at any time.
