Reach the top with KeyTraining
The training method KeyTraining is the basis for development models within a number of sports, and it was specially created for athletes between the ages of 7 and 17. The method is based on high-quality, individual detail training that develops precisely that which the young athlete needs in order to reach truly far within his or her sport: technique, body balance, physical skills and understanding of the game.
Details matter
KeyTraining is based on analyses of the world’s most prominent athletes. By breaking down what the very best athletes do at the granular level, unique training programs and specially developed technical equipment are created which gives the young athlete individually adapted drill training with many repetitions. Learning is progressive, with four levels from introduction to performance.
KeyTraining Floorball
The KeyTraining model for floorball was developed by the three-time world champion Jonathan Kronstrand. The model is used on all levels of the Selected Players athlete training and is a significant reason for the success and popularity of the concept.
