Region Talent Camp

Our national camps brings you closer to the top

The second step in the Selected Players training concept is our national camps, Region Talent Camp, for invited players between the ages of 11 and 16. Here, selected players from all over the country meet for five days to participate in comprehensive training with unique possibilities for individual development and game play.

Our recruitment process

Our national camps are only open to invited players. We scout talents at our local camps (Local Talent Camp) and even have our own network of talent scouts who help us with recruitment. We also accept tips from coaches or parents for players who are on fire for the sport and want world-class training.

Unique training model

At our local camps, we use the successful training model KeyTraining Floorball to build up the participants’ individual technique and ability to understand the game. The model was created by the three-time world champion Jonathan Kronstrand and develops players progressively through specially-designed technique tracks and systems for practicing plays.

Region Talent Cup

After three intense days of training, the participants have the chance to test their newly acquired skills against other regional teams in the high-quality Region Talent Cup, which is held in the state-of-the-art IFU Arena. Our trained instructors coach and lead the team during the cup, and every team is guaranteed at least five games. Participants stay at Arenahotellet, within walking distance from the arena.

The importance of internal training

If you want to achieve something as an athlete, it isn’t enough to be good with your club. Self-esteem and self-confidence are at least just as important. At our national camps, we used age-appropriate exercises to strengthen participants from within. We also explore topics such as dreams and goals, friendship and positive leadership — all based on our basic values model DreamTrain.
