Shopping with Selected Player Sweden AB
In the webshop, you place each product you wish to purchase in the shopping cart. You can then choose to add more products before completing your order. Once you have placed all the products you want to order in the cart, proceed to the checkout.
At the checkout you will receive a summary of your order. If you are satisfied, you confirm the order by following the instructions further down the page. Choose “Delivery method” if a delivery fee should be added for home delivery, or no delivery fee for, for example, booking of an education. You then select a payment method, approve the terms of purchase, and finalize your payment.
You will then receive a confirmation that your purchase has been completed, along with information describing your entire order. Please note that you must be 18 years old to shop in the Selected Player webshop.
The purchase agreement between you as the customer and us as the supplier (Selected Player Sweden AB) is binding once your order has been registered. Confirmation of the order is emailed to the address you provided.
Payment
As a customer, you pay via Swish (only in Sweden), card payment, direct bank transfer, or installment payment through Klarna and its various payment options. You select your payment method when completing the purchase through the different “Payment Methods” that Klarna offers you.
Returns, Exchanges and Complaints for Physical Products
You have a 14‑day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, provided that the item has not been used and is returned in its original condition. This applies only to physical products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to bookings/purchases of education, transport, sporting events, or similar services. Specific rules apply for these types of products.
Exchange rights do not apply to clothing printed with names, numbers, or initials if the correct and complete product has been delivered according to the order.
When returning or exchanging products, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a damaged product or if we have sent the wrong item, Selected Player (SP) will cover all costs for shipping and products.

Return Process:
If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us by email or phone. Call us at (+46) 8 50 00 19 09 for information regarding your specific return situation. When exchanging or returning a product, you are responsible for the transport and return shipping. If we have shipped the wrong item, we pay the return shipping.
An exchange takes approximately 10–14 days, depending on the shipping method used. For exchanges, you pay the shipping costs both ways. We charge you for the new shipment within Sweden regardless of the product’s price. For international shipments, the cost depends on the actual shipping charges.
If you discover damage to the package upon collection, report it immediately at the delivery point. If you discover the damage only after opening the package, notify us at (+46) 8 50 00 19 09 or send an email to info@selectedplayer.com, then return the goods. For approved complaints or damaged shipments, we will refund the shipping cost up to 150 SEK. We require the original shipping receipt from the carrier for reimbursement.
Cancellation/Refund of Education
When purchasing education – total fee under 3000 SEK
If you book a place on a course, training, or event, you may receive a refund of the participation fee if you cancel no later than one month before the first day of the event.
If less than one month remains, up to 50% of the fee may be refunded.
If cancellation is due to illness or injury, and less than one month remains, the cancellation must be supported by a valid medical certificate sent via email to avboka@selectedplayer.com. The certificate must reach us no later than one month after the cancellation. In this case, the entire participation fee is refunded except for a 350 SEK administration fee.
Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the first day of the camp (check‑in time on the arrival day).
Cancellation must be made by email to avboka@selectedplayer.com. No cancellations can be made verbally.
If an education is cancelled or moved by Selected Player:
– Option 1: The customer may freely move the booking to another location or the next available session.
– Option 2: 100% refund of the participation fee.
– Merchandise purchased for pickup at the event will be sent home free of charge.
When purchasing education – total fee over 3000 SEK
The participant has the right to cancel their place only due to illness or injury, and only if a cancellation protection was purchased at the time of booking. This protection is not part of the booking fee and is not refundable. It cannot be purchased retroactively.
If no cancellation protection exists, cancellation may still be made but no refund will be issued.
With cancellation protection, the following conditions apply:
– Cancellation may be made if the participant or their family (mother, father, siblings) suffer serious illness, deterioration of health, accident, or injury that reasonably prevents participation.
– The reason must be reliably proven with a medical certificate and/or family documentation.
– Cancellation protection does not apply if the education is cancelled or moved by the organiser.
– Cancellation may only be made by the participant’s guardian sending an email to avboka@selectedplayer.com with all required information.
– Cancellation must be made as soon as possible after the reason arises.
– Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the first day of the education.
– If the participant has cancellation protection and a medical certificate, the participation fee is refunded minus the 350 SEK cancellation protection fee.
Refunds will be issued within 1 month, provided all required information is received no later than 1 week before the start. During summer, refunds may be delayed until the end of August (for June–July courses).
The right of withdrawal does not apply when purchasing a place in an education.
Force Majeure
If Selected Player is prevented from conducting an education due to pandemic, blockade, boycott, lockout, fire, war, or other circumstances beyond their control, the following applies:
- The customer may freely move their booking to another location or the next available session.
- 50% refund of the education fee.
- Free home delivery of extra clothing and products purchased for pickup on site (clothing included in the booking fee is not shipped).
Use of Participant Information
By accepting this agreement, you consent to photographs taken of the participant during the education being used by Selected Player and its partners for internal and external communication, social media, websites and marketing.
Selected Player will not share participant contact information with external partners for marketing purposes. Only companies directly connected to Selected Player’s services (e.g., the insurance company covering players during the training) receive such information.
Participants may, however, receive promotional offers via newsletters.
Participant Responsibilities Regarding Communication
The email addresses provided in the webshop are the addresses we will use to send information and newsletters regarding Selected Player education, events, and other purchases. It is important that the customer/parent regularly checks these email accounts.
If newsletters or other messages are missing, it is important to check the spam folder and approve our email address if messages ended up there.
